By creating an account or using BrainTier, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information when registering.
You may not share your account or create accounts for others without permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use automated tools to complete quizzes or manipulate scores.
Attempt to circumvent fraud detection or frequency caps on advertisements.
Click on advertisements fraudulently or encourage others to do so.
Interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Content

All quiz content is owned by BrainTier and is provided for educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

5. Advertising

The service is supported by advertising. You agree not to block, interfere with, or fraudulently interact with advertisements. Invalid clicks or artificial inflation of ad impressions may result in account suspension.

6. Premium Subscription

Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience and access to additional features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that quiz content is error-free. XP, levels, and badges have no monetary value and may be modified or reset at our discretion.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
